How Performance Index is calculated

Every entry is converted to a percentile: winning an event scores 100, finishing last scores 0, and the rest are spread evenly in between. The index is the average across all entries, so entering more events neither helps nor hurts - only finishing well does. A minimum number of entries is required to qualify, to stop a single lucky result topping the table.
